By accessing or using the VoiceHotKey application or website, you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the VoiceHotKey application and website. This EULA is a legal agreement between you and EMOJI - FZCO developer of VoiceHotKey application, governing your use of the software and services provided by EMOJI - FZCO. The materials and services on this website and application are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
VoiceHotKey grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the VoiceHotKey software and services for personal or internal business purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the software, except as expressly permitted by VoiceHotKey.
VoiceHotKey allows you to convert voice to text by pressing a designated hotkey. The voice data is securely transmitted to our transcription servers for processing. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized or abusive use of the service, including but not limited to automated requests or any use that disrupts the normal operation of the service, may result in termination of your access.
The VoiceHotKey application and website are provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. VoiceHotKey disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. VoiceHotKey does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.
In no event shall EMOJI - FZCO be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the VoiceHotKey application or website. This limitation of liability applies even if VoiceHotKey has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
VoiceHotKey operates under a fair use policy. Excessive or abusive use of the service, as determined by VoiceHotKey, may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the service. VoiceHotKey reserves the right to monitor usage and enforce this policy to ensure a consistent experience for all users.
VoiceHotKey reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes to the terms will be posted on the VoiceHotKey website, and your continued use of the service after such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
This EULA and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the VoiceHotKey application and website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VoiceHotKey operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
